• Can I place an order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take orders over the phone. All orders must be placed through our webshop on humanhairauction.com.
• Can I return or exchange an item that was purchased on sale?
All sale items are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns or exchanges for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We thank you for understanding this policy!
• Do you accept PayPal?
• How are hair extensions measured?
Once stretched, hair extensions are measured from top to bottom. There are many ways to stretch your hair extensions. But, we recommend that you measure your hair extensions while wet, as opposed to straightening them with heat, heavy hair products, or chemicals.

• How do I track my package?
You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your package has been sent that contains your shipping carrier (for domestic orders) and shipment tracking number. If you haven't received a shipment confirmation email within three to seven days of placing your order, please check your spam folder.
• How much do the hair extensions weigh?
We offer hair extensions in 50g (1 to 2 ounces) and 100g (3-4 ounces) bundles. You can find out the gram amount in both the description and title of the desired item.
• I just missed your deal! Will you honor a new purchase at the sale price?
Our offers are while supplies last and are not valid towards previous purchases. And, we cannot honor the sale price for purchases made after a sale has ended. Thank you for understanding!
• I just placed an order. Can I add another item to it?
Unfortunately, we cannot add to or modify an existing order. You will have to place a new order.
• I'm in love with something that's out of stock in my desired texture and length! What can I do?
New items can sell out very quickly, but we do restock some sold out items, textures, and lengths throughout the season! At this time, we are unable to accept requests to be alerted if an item is back in stock. We encourage you to check back often to see if we have restocked your desired item and length.
• I'm unsure about how many bundles I need. How do I find this information?
This depends on the desired look you’re trying to create, and the installation technique you choose to use. If you would like to have hair extensions covering your whole head or have a small amount of hair left out, then we usually recommend three 100g bundles. Keep in mind that this recommendation is only if the lengths that you want to use are below 20”. If the bundles are 22” and above, then you should probably go for four 100g bundles instead (to get a full look). If you have the majority of your hair out then we would recommend going for 1-2 100g bundles, no matter the length!
• My order will not go through. What should I do?
We are not informed of the exact reason a card is declined. If you have confirmed the card is valid and active, and are still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, please check the billing and shipping address. If the transaction still results in a decline, you will need to contact your card-issuing bank for more information. Please note that your bank may have both a set daily in-store and online spending limit.
• What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards.
• What is the best way to care for my hair extensions?
Your hair extensions love to be sealed and braided first, and then gently shampooed in lukewarm water and hung to dry. We strongly recommend gentle, chemical-free shampoo and conditioner. With this care, you can ensure your hair extensions will last a long, long time!

• What is your return and refund policy?
For safety, hygienic, aseptic and wholesomeness reasons, there is a "No Refund and No Return" policy on all orders. This ensures that all customers receive brand new, unused, and unopened treasures (goods) in original packaging, with all original packaging materials included. Please note that photos may have been enlarged and/or enhanced.
• What should I do if I didn't receive an order confirmation email?
Please first check your spam or archived folders to see if your email was redirected. If you cannot find your order confirmation, please contact our customer support team to make sure your order went through and your email was entered correctly.
• Where can I buy your human hair extensions?
Our products can be purchased directly from our main store.
• Where do you get your hair?
We take pride in our wide selection of high quality hair extensions. All of the products we offer are from trusted suppliers located within Brazil, Peru, and parts of Asia (Malaysia, China, and India).
• Why was my order canceled?
If your order was canceled, the item you ordered became out of stock and is no longer available. These cases are rare, however, if an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted as soon as possible about the cancellation.
• Why would I need or want the 50g bundles?
Our end-users usually purchase the 50g bundles for ponytails, bangs, smaller heads, and child-friendly installations (teenagers, cheerleaders, pageant hair, etc.). The quality and listed origins are the exact same. The only difference is that 50g bundles are half of the 100g bundles. Just to give you an example, someone who usually gets 250g of hair, would only need to purchase two 100g bundles, and a 50g bundle, as opposed to not being able to use all of the leftover hair. Doing this would prevent you from having to cut the hair, which will prevent shedding.
